What You'll Do

* Support a varied caseload of children and young people with needs across speech, language, listening, literacy, fluency, and social communication.
* Run engaging, play-based, evidence-informed sessions primarily in the clinic, with occasional school or home visits.
* Work as a generalist paediatric Speech Pathologist, with lots of variety in your day and time to follow your interests.
* Team up with like-minded peers, including audiologists and child and family counsellors, to share ideas, try new things, and keep improving what we do.
* And if your passion lies in working with children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, there is plenty of opportunity to explore this area and receive world-class training and support with us.

About You

* You're a Speech Pathologist (eligible for SPA) who loves working with children and their families.
* You're warm, curious, and excited to keep learning and growing your clinical skills.
* You enjoy being part of a team, but you're also comfortable working independently when needed.
* You communicate clearly, are organised, and bring a positive "can-do" attitude.
* You have a WWCC, RRHAN-EC, NDIS Worker Screening, and a current driver's licence.
* You are looking for a long-term home in a growing business with many opportunities to learn and have fun.
* While experience working with children is preferred, for the right candidate, we would happily nurture an early career speech pathologist.
