The successful applicant will have experience teaching Industrial Technology and Design, as well as the ability to teach other subjects if needed. They will also have a strong understanding of trauma-informed teaching and working with students from low SES backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
* Teach the QCAA Design syllabus for Senior, including prototyping, customer needs analysis and product development
* Use technologies such as 3D printing, laser cutting and design software in the brand-new Design Lab
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with diverse learning needs
* Assist the college in establishing a new Industrial Technology program in its new facilities
* Build strong, respectful relationships with students based on positive behaviour management
* Support students on campus and through distance education
* Collaborate with teaching peers to share curriculum ideas and learning strategies
* Contribute to staff PD week, devotions and school culture initiatives
