Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.About Us:Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions.The Regional Facilities Manager provides comprehensive facilities management support across a diverse portfolio of WoAG properties, including regular site visits, while fostering relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring consistent implementation of contract initiatives and best practices.The Role:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support across an assigned portfolio in the provision of facilities management, promoting and implementing best practice across a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises for our Commonwealth Clients.Support the management of facility services for all WoAG properties aligned to JLL’s remit.Develop sound working relationships with key functional staff including but not limited to Portfolio Managers, Client Operations Managers.Build a working knowledge of client site staff to assist with the delivery of facilities management activities across the assigned portfolio.Regular attendance of sites within assigned portfolio to support with asset capture or validation, safety inspections, site condition inspections, building fabric inspections, and client engagement.Deliver the relevant contract initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in process, systems, and reporting.What you will bring:Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facility, Property, or related field, preferably with a Government or Corporate Sector client.Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to develop and lead a team and liaise effectively with all stakeholders to successfully deliver on outcomes.Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of products essential.Knowledge of HSE & Australian Standards (AS) requirements.Knowledge of vendor management for specialised services.An understanding of basic technical aspects of property, and fixed maintainable assets.Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearances.Must be an Australian Citizen.What to expect from us:As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
