Your role
Responsibilities
* Delivering a minimum of 40 training hours per month and maintaining accurate records.
* Planning learning activities to cover the client base and minimize cancellations.
* Identifying opportunities for new sales to fulfill client needs.
* Enhancing clients' knowledge of LexisNexis products and driving usage.
* Building effective relationships with individual users and key stakeholders.
* Defining client learning needs and planning and implementing effective training solutions.
* Engaging with clients including corporate, law firms, barristers, and government departments.
* Reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
* Liaising with a range of management and staff levels, particularly with Sales departments.
About you
Qualifications
* A law degree or a strong understanding of the Australian legal landscape; open to law graduates seeking alternative careers.
* Demonstrated customer success background, preferably within the legal industry.
* Experience in training delivery and using platforms like eLearning.
* Ability to identify opportunities while building solid relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Understanding of Boolean and free text search principles.
* Authorization to legally work in Australia.
