Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of impactful learning and development initiatives
* Oversee leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders, fostering their growth and advancement
* Drive strategic talent management, succession planning, and career pathways, ensuring a pipeline of skilled professionals
* Manage graduate, trainee, and internship programs, providing opportunities for skill-building and networking
* Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect
* Deliver employee engagement surveys and culture programs, enhancing the overall work experience
* Collaborate with stakeholders to embed capability across the organization, driving business outcomes and growth
* Monitor metrics and outcomes across all programs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization
About You:
We are looking for an experienced organizational development professional with:
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of contemporary people practices, including leadership development, learning, engagement, and diversity programs
* Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, and influence, with the ability to drive change across all levels
* Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to develop and support high-performing teams
* Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context
