Project Administrator Job Description

As a key player in our organization, the Project Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting project owners and managers across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, tracking progress, and assisting with implementation to bring our business plan to life.


Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-ups
* Support project stakeholders and steering committees with required documentation
* Assist with research, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making
* Administer monthly business plan and KPI reporting
* Engage with internal teams to support training, implementation, and embedding of new initiatives
