What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and supporting infrastructure and modern workplace projects
(M365, Azure, server upgrades, virtualisation, migrations)
* Providing Level 3 support across core systems
(AD, DNS, DHCP, networking, backups, DR, Windows Server)
* Acting as the final technical escalation point for L1/L2 engineers
* Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become outages
* Working directly with clients to design and implement practical solutions
* Maintaining documentation and sharing knowledge across the team
