About the Position:

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is currently seeking a Wildlife Support Officer to join our team!

This hands-on, entry-level role plays an important part in supporting the daily care of our animals and the upkeep of sanctuary exhibits, while helping create safe and engaging experiences for our guests.

As a Wildlife Support Officer, you'll assist keepers with habitat cleaning and maintenance, food preparation, browse collection, animal enrichment, and visitor supervision in key animal interaction areas. You'll also support public presentations and help promote conservation awareness across the sanctuary.

You'll work closely with the Wildlife Admin Manager, Heads of Department, and the wider keeper team to ensure Lone Pine continues to meet its high standards in animal welfare, safety, and guest experience.
