About the Role
We're calling for a Store Manager to be part of our new, refreshed vision within our Doncaster Concept Store (Mat leave cover), where you will play a pivotal role to lead the team on the exciting journey ahead. Demonstrating your creative thinking, your business acumen and your passion for our new product range and enlivening your team – you will guide the store to success. Welcome customers into the brand-new era of kikki.K, inviting them to explore our new product offering of fashionable, functional lifestyle essentials to ensure they're equipped to navigate their life in style.
Responsibilities
* Drive a customer‐centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction.
* Apply your commercial acumen to elevate the store performance.
* Support with the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sale opportunities are leveraged.
* Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high‐performance culture.
* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back‐of‐house administration.

Ideal Candidate
* Excitement for the new product offering – you'll be selling it, so you need to like it!
* Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a fast‐paced retail environment.
* An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist in driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs and in line with budgets.
* An eye for detail, with a talent for visual merchandising and expressing your creativity.
* Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
Fixed Term Contract: This is a fixed term contract until January 2027.
