About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Controller for a road works project in the Bowen Basin. Enjoy a balanced 7/7 dayshift roster with great pay and site benefits.
About our Client:
Our client is a well-established civil construction contractor delivering road and infrastructure projects across regional Queensland. They are committed to safety, quality, and strong team culture on site.
What you will be doing:
• Performing traffic control duties in line with safety requirements
• Assisting with general labouring on road construction projects
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting site crews with daily tasks as required
• Working 12-hour days on a 7/7 dayshift roster
What you will need:
• Previous labouring or outdoor work experience
• Ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions
• Current Traffic Control Level 2 ticket (essential)
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Current Driver’s Licence & White Card
• Right to Work in Australia
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Testing
