- Manage day-to-day café operations, including financials, inventory, and staff scheduling
- Work with the executive manager to grow the profitability of the café
About the Role
- Competitive salary - $76,515 + perks
- Permanent full-time position
- Day shifts only, with no split shifts
- Located at Innaloo Shopping Centre
As a talented Café Manager, you will:
- Motivate, support and manage a team of all ages

About You
- A reliable car and a valid driver’s licence
- Previous supervisory and customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- A hospitality/management qualification (preferred)
- A “roll your sleeves up” attitude
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in café or restaurant management
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations of the café
- Someone who can think quickly and efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
- A motivated team player with a keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop
