**Details**:Expressions of interest are sought for the position of Business Operations Coordinator within the Belconnen depot. To be successful in this role you will need to have a high level of computer skills, a robust initiative, managing priorities, teamwork and excellent people skills are essential qualities.
The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for:
- Provide general administrative support to the Belconnen Depot Management Team to assist in the achievement of depot operational goals.
- Upload IMS documentation to the relevant database systems.
- Manage petty cash for workshop meal allowances.
- Take minutes at various meetings and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- This position _does not_ involve direct supervision of staff.
**Eligibility/Other requirements**:
- This position requires a pre-employment medical.
- This position _does not_ require a Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Drivers Licence C- class is mandatory
It is desirable for the successful applicant to possess demonstrated experience and proficiency in the following skill set:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Objective (document management system)
- Database management and data entry
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Understanding of the requirements of working in an industrial organisation will be well regarded
