* Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared vision that prioritises quality learning outcomes for all students, and act in the role when required.
* Demonstrate ethical, values-based leadership while embedding socially just practices into everyday school operations.
* Maintain high expectations for both student achievement and staff performance.
* Engage in continuous professional learning and foster strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, and industry.
* Apply strategic, forward-thinking leadership by understanding relevant legislation and policies and effectively managing resources to achieve school goals.
