Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
This role is an ongoing casual position that requires a customer-focused individual to work across a 7-day rotating roster. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for customers by providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers, assist with directions, provide service information, and offer tailored support.
* Promote and sell gift cards and other services.
* Process gift card payments and handle cash and electronic transactions.
* Manage administrative tasks such as lost property and respond to online or phone inquiries.
* Ensure the car park runs smoothly by managing traffic flow.
Requirements:
* Friendly and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
* Able to work well under pressure and think critically.
* Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
