Operational Services Lead
This is a senior role within our Operational Services team, responsible for leading the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
* Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
3. Providing coaching and guidance to staff members on best practices and new technologies.
4. Maintaining expertise in change management, project management, and root cause investigation through ongoing training and professional development.
5. Representing the manufacturing value stream as a change coordinator on projects operating to implement process changes and improvements.
6. Monitoring process performance and reliability through data analysis and communication tools.
7. Investigating deviations and criticality levels within the manufacturing area.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in sciences or engineering.
* Proven experience in manufacturing, R&D, Tech Services, Quality, and pharmaceutical industry.
* Ability to work complex tasks and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
* Knowledge of validation technology, production management processes, and external pharmaceutical industry.
* Understanding of cGMP regulatory requirements, environmental health safety, and secondary manufacturing.
