Snapshot of What Your New Role Will Entail
Full details will be provided during the client interview but will include:
1. Management of a portfolio of clients with an emphasis on growth and business retention;
2. Maintaining client relationships, providing advice, acting as a professional broker, presenting recommendations, and keeping all stakeholders, especially clients, fully briefed;
3. Working towards high-quality policy renewal, including gathering information from clients and underwriters, negotiating terms, and coordinating renewal documentation with your assistant;
4. Collection of invoices with your assistant;
5. Guiding the claims team and acting on behalf of the client in settlement of claims in their best interests;
6. Business development and portfolio growth in line with your sales plan;
7. Any other duties as assigned.
Who You'll Be Working With
Reports to Management and works with a friendly, competent team.
Vital Qualifications & Experience for the Role
You need to have Tier 1 plus recent solid experience in general insurance broking Account Management.
Essential Skills & Software Knowledge
Highly attuned written and verbal communication skills; good computer skills; enhanced negotiation skills.
