Job Overview
This is a leadership opportunity to champion integrated, person-centred services that prioritize trauma-informed and culturally safe practices. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, navigate complexity, and deliver meaningful outcomes with empathy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
You'll work closely with Counsellors, Coaches, Peer Support Facilitators, and the Carer Hub Navigator to ensure services are inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally safe. A core focus of this role is to lead and embed community development strategies that strengthen local capacity, build collaborative partnerships, and ensure services are responsive to the community's unique needs.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the local community and relational model of care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in a social science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience working within the specified local community in at least one of the Caring, Mental Health, Community, Disability, or Health Sciences sectors.
* A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience.
* Available to participate in 'out of hours' activities as required.
* Right to work within Australia.
* Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake some travel.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course).
* Satisfactory National Police Records Check.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check (Employee/Paid).
