About the role
We are seeking a Project Marketing Manager to support the planning, delivery and execution of marketing initiatives across our portfolio of BTR projects in NSW and VIC. You'll oversee property-level marketing to achieve two core objectives: maximise lead generation and increase resident retention.
Working hand-in-hand with the Head of Marketing and Operations Team, this role offers the unique opportunity to be involved in every step of the process; managing high-profile launches, integrated marketing campaigns and putting your stamp on some of the country's most significant Build-to-Rent developments.
The right person will be an all-star all-rounder. Someone who has demonstrated experience working across all functions of marketing and a broad range of abilities. You'll be highly adaptable, highly organised and highly passionate about excellence.
About the work
* Execute marketing strategies and programs across multiple BTR projects
* Manage the delivery of project launches and production of marketing collateral
* Deliver campaigns on time and on budget
About you
* 3-4 years experience in project marketing, property development or real estate
* An eye for aesthetics; from executing on creative assets through to styling a display suite
* Experience working across all functions of marketing
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and other software as necessary
* Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce
* Willingness to be receptive to new ideas and continually learn, develop and grow
