We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial management across multiple businesses.
About the Role
This role will handle end-to-end accounting, support strategic decision-making, and provide high-quality reporting for fast-paced companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Own month-end close, journals, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Prepare comprehensive financial statements in accordance with industry standards
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll oversight (outsourced or internal)
* Prepare and manage consolidated financial reports, intercompany transactions, and corporate requirementsAssist with budgeting and forecasting
* Oversee GST, BAS, FBT and regulatory filings
* Support audit processes (internal and external)
* Improve accounting systems, processes and internal controls
* Provide strategic financial insights to leadership across product, sales, and operations
