As a seasoned SAP Basis professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the design, implementation, and support of SAP technical landscapes. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, system architecture, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. A deep understanding of SAP technology, architecture, and deployment models is crucial for success in this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 10+ years of SAP Basis experience, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
* Deep knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Kernel, SLD, SAProuter, and system landscape planning
* Proven experience with SAP HANA administration, performance tuning, and HANA sizing
* Hands-on experience in SAP upgrades, Unicode conversions, and OS/DB migrations
* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and SAP Cloud Connector is highly desirable
* Strong background in SAP security concepts and integration with Active Directory/SSO
* Experience with monitoring tools like Solution Manager, SAP EarlyWatch, CCMS, or third-party tools

Preferred qualifications include SAP Certified Technology Associate (Basis, HANA, or S/4HANA), experience with SAP on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and understanding of DevOps/Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins) for SAP. ITIL Foundation certification is also a plus.
