We're looking for a versatile and driven Full Stack Developer to join our Technology + Product team, reporting to the Technology Lead. This team drives innovation across the Squared Group ecosystem, collaborating to build cutting-edge solutions, streamline processes, and optimise service delivery through modern technology.

You will be instrumental in building and supporting our portfolio of internal and client-facing products across the complete technology stack, whilst delivering exceptional customer service with our signature "never too busy to help" approach.
Scope and Key Responsibilities
The Full Stack Engineer role is accountable for building and supporting solutions across the Squared Group portfolio of companies and their projects. You will work closely with the Technology Lead of our Group Technology + Product team to plan and deliver technology projects. Your day may include but is not limited to the following:
Development & Technical Delivery
* Build and maintain full-stack applications using modern Office Add-ins, .NET, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
* Develop and support Salesforce solutions and customisations across our company portfolio.
* Design, build, and maintain APIs integrating internal and client-facing systems.
* Contribute to new tool development across our diverse technology portfolio.
* Work with Microsoft Azure cloud platform for deployment and hosting.
Customer Support & Service
* Provide technical support to both internal teams and external clients across all Squared Group companies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues with a customer-first mindset.
* Embrace our human-centred approach in all client interactions.
Team Collaboration & Process
* Assist in maintaining and improving Technology + Product team processes.
* Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
* Upskill colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
* Contribute to our collaborative, learning-focused team culture.

* Strong experience with .NET framework and C# development.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js or similar frameworks.
* Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBi, and Power Pages Experience.
* Experience with managing Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
* Experience with modern Office Add-in development.
* Microsoft Azure cloud platform experience.
* Salesforce development experience or strong aptitude to learn.
* API development and integration experience.
* Understanding of full-stack development principles.
