The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to junior medical officers, ensuring efficient operations and quality and safety standards are met, and developing expertise in matters relating to medical administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registration as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
* Completion of at least 3 years of clinical experience post registration
* Commitment to pursuing the qualification of Fellow of the Australasian College of Medical Administrators
* Understanding of how the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) indicators align with this role
