We're a growing residential building company delivering high-quality new homes, renovations, and extensions across Townsville and North Queensland. We're looking for a Carpenter Foreman / Leading Hand who can run jobs properly, lead a crew, and take pride in top-tier workmanship.
This is a leadership role, not just swinging a hammer.

The Role
* Run residential sites from start to finish
* Lead and manage a small team of carpenters and apprentices
* Coordinate trades and materials
* Maintain quality, safety, and program timelines
* Communicate clearly with management and clients
* Set the standard on site — workmanship, attitude, and efficiency

What We're Looking For
* Qualified Carpenter with foreman or leading hand experience
* Strong leadership and site management skills
* High attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliable, organised, and professional
* Able to read plans and manage multiple trades on site
* White Card & Driver's License required
