We're looking for a Broker Assistant to join our Nowra team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart or grow your career in insurance broking.
You'll work closely with experienced brokers, supporting them in delivering outstanding service and solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist brokers with client portfolio management
* Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy documentation
* Liaise with clients and insurers
* Support claims processing and follow-up
* Maintain accurate records and client files
* Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
