Senior EDRMS Systems Administrator (Content Manager)
Security Requirement: Must hold active NV2 Security Clearance
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior EDRMS Systems Administrator to support a Federal Government client within a secure, enterprise-scale ICT environment.
This role will focus on the administration, support, and optimisation of the Content Manager (EDRMS) platform, including infrastructure, integration, and global deployment considerations. The successful candidate will work within a highly technical team responsible for maintaining enterprise information management systems that support domestic and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer, support, and enhance the Content Manager (EDRMS) platform
* Manage system configuration, performance, and troubleshooting across environments
* Support server infrastructure, including patching, upgrades, and system maintenance
* Assist with replication and synchronisation of EDRMS across distributed environments
* Provide technical input into system upgrades, change requests, and enhancements
* Integrate Content Manager with business applications and enterprise systems
* Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with governance standards
* Collaborate with ICT teams to resolve complex technical and network‐related issues
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong experience supporting and administering Content Manager (TRIM / OpenText CM)
* Proven experience integrating business applications with EDRMS platforms
* Hands‐on experience with Microsoft Windows Server configuration, maintenance, and patching
* Experience with virtualisation platforms:
o VMware vSphere
o Nutanix AHV
o Citrix Workspace
* Strong troubleshooting capability across application, infrastructure, and network layers
* Experience working within secure Federal Government environments
* Exposure to cloud computing environments
* Experience in Digital Information Management and Records Management frameworks
* Familiarity with DevOps and Agile delivery practices
* Experience with .NET development or integration
Additional Requirements
* Willingness to participate in an on‐call support roster (including after‐hours and weekends)
