Invoice Officer Needed, Tullamarine Based, $70-75K+ Super, Well know Logistics organisation, Immediate Start
**Your new role**
Working in the invoicing team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist Team Leader with Month end tasks in CW1
- Work with other teams to resolve AR or AP queries
- Ensure all set KPI's are being met
- Manage Finance generic mailbox and ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (agents, suppliers, customers, etc.)
- Process/Finalise profit share as per agreements
- Participate in team meetings with the Operational Finance Team
- Approve local and overseas payable invoices
- Auto-rate billing files and ensure rates are sourced from the client rate module
- Finalise all billing files and send document packs to clients
- Follow local/global policies
- Liaise with commercial team (rates, etc.)
- Able to read/interpret job notes to identify related fees to be billed
