Occupational Therapist – Permanent, Full Time
Why Tasmania
You can start your Occupational Therapy career anywhere. What’s different about Tasmania is our culture and lifestyle. You will be encouraged to be yourself, to learn, to grow, and to develop meaning in your work. You will have a strong connection to your patients, and the community will support your success. Our isolation fosters a culture of creation and human connection, which feels both traditional and innovative.
Tasmania, Australia's only island state, offers natural beauty and a high-quality lifestyle. Working in Tasmania’s public health system means building strong connections with colleagues and patients, and enjoying a lifestyle with extraordinary experiences outside of work while making a community impact.
The Role

We rotate across clinical services at North-West Regional and Mersey Community Hospitals, including inpatient, rehabilitation, hand therapy, paediatrics, and community settings. Your colleagues in Allied Health, Nursing, Medical, and Surgical teams will rely on your success, and we are committed to supporting your growth. See the Statement of Duties below for details.
