We are seeking highly skilled Acute Nurses to provide exceptional care across Medical and/or Surgical wards in NSW hospitals. These roles involve working in diverse clinical environments, delivering patient-centred care, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, monitoring progress, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments are essential. To be successful, you must have at least 3 years' recent experience in acute nursing, ideally across both Med and Surg areas. Current AHPRA registration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are required.
