Role
We are currently seeking experienced Tube Fitters for a 3-month project, 2/1 roster in Karratha. The position will include tube bending, installation, pre-commissioning works, and pressure testing of hydraulic piping systems and components, whilst complying with good industry safety practices and building relationships with our customer.
Dates are from 16 March – 21 June.
Responsibilities
* Perform tube bending, cutting, flaring, and installation of hydraulic tubing systems.
* Read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and hydraulic schematics.
* Conduct pre-commissioning and pressure testing of the tubing and hydraulic systems.
* Inspect tubing installations to ensure correct routing, supports, and integrity.
* Diagnose and rectify hydraulic leaks or installation defects.
* Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
* Comply with site safety procedures, permits, and risk assessments.
* Work collaboratively with the Pressure Dynamics project team and client representatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* The successful candidate will possess the following:
* Trade qualification is preferred, but not essential.
* Gyrolok or Swagelok or Parker tube fabrication and installation experience.
* Working at Heights cert.
* Valid Confined Space cert.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
