About the Role:
We're looking for a vibrant and organised Social Activities Coordinator to create and deliver a captivating calendar of events and activities for our residents at Newstead Grand Care Community.

What You'll Do:
Design, plan, and execute a diverse calendar of engaging social events, activities, and bus outings.
Work closely with residents to understand their interests and tailor activities to bring them joy.
Create a vibrant community atmosphere where residents can connect, socialise, and thrive.
Collaborate with the Wellbeing Manager and care team to ensure activities support residents' overall wellbeing.
Build relationships with volunteers and local community groups to enhance our activity offerings.

What You'll Need:
A passion for event planning, social activities, or community work (aged care experience a plus, but not essential).
Creativity, infectious enthusiasm, and outstanding organisational skills.
Exceptional communication skills and a genuine love for working with people.
A proactive and empathetic nature with the ability to engage residents of all interests and abilities.
A relevant qualification in event management, lifestyle, or community services is desirable.
