This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to project delivery teams. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and financial support to Project Managers.
* Assist subcontractors with property-specific information.
* Manage client communications and administrative tasks related to projects.
* Mobilize blue-collar workforce and staff personnel in accordance with project requirements.
* Maintain project documentation, including reports and correspondence.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience using business systems and managing dockets from start to finalization stage.
* Demonstrated experience in effectively managing conflicting priorities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Conflict resolution skills and effective management of stakeholder expectations.
