Business Advisory Services & Tax Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Advisory Tax Services team in the Gold Coast.
* Manage and strengthen diverse client relationships, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
* Oversee workflow management and ensure timely delivery of high-quality engagements, meeting client expectations.
* Provide expert advice on tax matters and technical business issues, leveraging industry knowledge to drive business outcomes.
* Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Drive results-driven initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
* CA qualification.
* Minimum 5 years experience in public practice, preferably within a mid-tier firm.
* Strong leadership capabilities, with expertise in people management and development.
* Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
* Proven strategic thinker with sound technical knowledge, able to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
