As a Business Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in providing vital support to help the department achieve its goals and objectives. This role involves administrative tasks, customer service, and efficient office operation.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Manager and Co-ordinators.
- Ensure accurate information availability and distribution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in data and information management for legislative reporting and risk management.
- Utilise Council systems for business requirements.
- Coordinate staff training and OHS-related requirements.
- Prepare responses to inquiries or correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agenda and minutes.
- Manage accounts/invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain staff room kitchen facilities.
**About You**:
- Certificate IV in Office/Business Administration with demonstrated experience in office administration and customer service.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Record management skills.
- Advanced skills in invoice approval and purchase orders.
- Hold a current and valid Police Clearance and Working With Children Check, or able to obtain one.
