About the Role
The Network Support Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing maintenance of the college’s computer network and related systems. Under the direction of the ICT and Innovation Coordinator, this role supports existing infrastructure, assists in testing and implementing new technologies, and provides timely technical assistance to staff and students. This role requires a strong understanding of both hardware and software, a solutions-focused mindset, and a commitment to maintaining a secure, efficient, and user-friendly ICT environment within the college.

Qualifications
* Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP).
* Diploma in Information and Communication Technology and/or related qualification and industry experience.
* First Aid Certificate (Or willingness to obtain)
* Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals (Or willingness to obtain)
