We are seeking a commercially minded and confident HR Advisor to support our Pacific (AU/NZ/FJ) operations.
Reporting to the General Manager - Human Resources, you will be the first point of contact for HR advice across a broad range of people matters including case management, policy support, administration, and project work.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
Provide timely HR advice and support to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle
Coach leaders through conduct and performance processes, including formal counselling
Manage HR documentation including employment contracts and variation letters
Respond to queries via the HR shared services inbox and triage or escalation as needed
Assist in delivering people initiatives such as restructures, engagement activities and onboarding
Support the HR Business Partners and GM HR with national and functional HR projects
Facilitate ad hoc training sessions on policies, procedures, and basic HR practices
Interpret and apply legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and CEVA policies confidently
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has a vocational qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
You will also bring:
Experience gained in a HR Advisory or Coordinator role
Sound understanding of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and the NES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to build trust quickly
Experience with SuccessFactors or similar Tier 1 HRIS (desirable)
Understanding of EA frameworks and working in unionised environments (desirable)
A willingness to work flexibly, including outside of standard business hours, to meet business or customer requirements
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
