Food Service Leader
About the Role:
* We are seeking an experienced leader to supervise and support a diverse team across shifts.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including coffee and cocktails.
* Key responsibilities include managing food and beverage operations to meet financial targets.
* Mobilising, training and developing team members is also essential.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in supervisory roles within high-volume hospitality venues.
* An approved Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is required.
* Bar operation skills, including barista experience, are highly regarded.
