Locations & Shifts
* Horsley Park: 8am - 4pm
As an LF/LO Operator, you'll play a vital role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. Working in a large-scale, modern facility, you'll be responsible for handling and managing stock across multiple clients.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing orders using RF scanners (including full pallet picks)
* Operating Counterbalance forklifts for loading/unloading trucks
* Using High Reach forklifts to replenish, rotate, and put away stock
* Operating Turret (LO) forklifts for bulk stock handling
* Working closely with receiving and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency
About You
* Holds valid LF & LO licences (essential - both required)
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience across Counterbalance, High Reach & Turret LO forklifts
* Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Flexible with working hours, including overtime when required
* Full working rights in Australia
