**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the complete accounts payable process for multiple entities.
- Demonstrate proactive and efficient handling of high volumes of invoices.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while delivering accurate results.
- Meticulously review details to ensure precision in all transactions.
- Receive, process, and match invoices for goods and services against raised purchase orders.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely supplier statement reconciliation.
- Prepare payment runs for invoices due for payment.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
**Required Experience**:
- Proven experience in a high-volume accounts payable role.
- Effective and efficient task prioritization abilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
**The Role**:
- Full-Time position.
- 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: $30-$35 per hour + Super.
