About the Opportunity
This is a permanent position based at our Orange Site Maintenance Facility in regional Central West NSW.
As a Trade Assistant at Ron Finemore transport you will become part of our professional Fleet and maintenance team responsible for the upkeep of the company's modern heavy vehicle fleet. This includes a wide variety of European trucks and multiple applications of heavy trailer equipment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Supporting Tradespeople
* Performing Tyre Maintenance
* Maintain Cleanliness of Heavy Transport Equipment
* Depot Maintenance tasks
* Operate Forklift

* High Rish Work License (Forklift) is an Advantage
* Experience in the Heavy Vehicle industry
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a customer focused team.
* Current HC/HR driver's license an advantage.
* Pride in your work with an ability to work to targets and high standards.
* High levels of motivation, dependable with a can-do, positive attitude
* Effective communication skills with a commitment to workplace safety
* Available for Rotating hours (Shift)
Individuals who succeed in this position will value providing service to others, working with co-workers in a friendly environment, having independence to make decisions with supportive management, and safe working conditions.
Previous employment experience within an automotive fleet or an associated supply chain network will be highly regarded.
