ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Coominya, Queensland
As an approved supplier to major QSR's and retail channels, you will be responsible by leading all technical, food safety, and quality compliance program, to ensure the integrity of their supply chain through proactive management of approved supplier lists, coordination of external audits, and technical liaison with external QSR teams.
Your Key Deliverables are to:
* Maintain and ensure site compliance with major QSR's and retail channels.
* Act as the primary technical liaison between Kilcoy Global Foods and major QSR's technical teams.
* Lead and drive strategic improvements in food safety, quality, and compliance related to major QSR's programs.
* Contribute to customer trust and brand protection through proactive engagement, transparency, and reporting.
* Support commercial and operational readiness to respond to major QSR's and retail channels audits, inquiries, and innovation needs.

Experience / Qualifications Required
* Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Microbiology, Animal Science, or related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the meat or food manufacturing industry, preferably in an export and customer-facing role.
* Advanced HACCP certification and deep knowledge of GMP, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance.
* Experience working with branded customer programs, particularly major QSR's.
* Auditing experience and strong understanding of supplier approval frameworks.
* High proficiency in documentation, reporting systems (AMABIS, Excel, QMS), and incident management.
