About the Role:
As a
Registered Midwife
, you will:
Provide
comprehensive midwifery care
to women and infants in the
Birth Suite & Postnatal Ward
Offer
breastfeeding support
and
parent education
Mentor and support less experienced midwives,
student nurses
, and
AINs
Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
Ensure best practices in
infection control, patient safety, and discharge planning
What We're Looking For:
AHPRA-registered Midwives
(or eligible for registration)
Experienced midwives preferred
, but all applications welcome
Strong
interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for
patient-centred care
and
team collaboration
