Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Grocery Partnerships Operations team. As one of the world's most recognizable brands, Amazon delivers millions of products each year to loyal customers. Our Grocery business expands this by partnering with local stores through our Ultra-Fast Fresh platform.
In this role, you'll act as a key link between local operations and central business teams, driving innovation and operational excellence. You'll work closely with stakeholders to analyze performance data and identify opportunities to enhance our Grocery Partnership service. A core focus will be tracking key metrics and delivering actionable, data-driven recommendations to our clients.
As the regional lead, you'll be the subject matter expert for Grocery Partnership Operations, accountable for targets across customer experience, productivity, and quality. You'll also manage cross-functional projects and work directly with merchants to ensure smooth rollout of new initiatives.
This role requires strong relationship management and analytical skills, as you'll serve as the primary point of contact for partner store management and local operations teams.
Due to the evolving Grocery Partnership environment, you're expected to operate in a highly ambiguous setting, communicating daily with your direct manager.
A day in the life
※This position has to work in mainly weekdays but may also cover weekends and holidays as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* A Bachelor's degree
* Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
* Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
* Experience with supporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Excel and MS Access)
* Experience in grocery industries.
