About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our team in Dandenong, Victoria.
In this role, you will support both the Sales and Operations teams, acting as the vital link between our customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage processes efficiently, and solve problems with a customer-first mindset will be essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and digital platforms.
* Handle product/ billing enquiries and efficiently manage complaints and follow-ups.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive sales support outcomes.
* Assist in the promotion of products through offers and cross-selling opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Merchandising, Product, and Operations.
* Support online ordering platform (PRONTO), including order templates and campaigns.
* Maintain accurate records and administration related to customer experience and sales.
The ideal Candidate will have:
* Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and digital platforms through clear, professional, and effective communication
* Manage product and billing enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and positive customer outcomes
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams to support sales performance and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Merchandising, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and aligned outcomes
* Support the promotion of products through effective communication of offers, campaigns, and cross-selling opportunities
* Assist customers with the online ordering platform (PRONTO), including order templates, campaigns, and system support
* Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and administrative processes to support a high-quality customer experience
* Contribute positively to a team-focused environment, sharing information and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals
