Job Description
CEA is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team based in Horningsea Park. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing a range of equipment both in the workshop and on‑site at customer locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and fault‑finding on a variety of machines
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and major repairs both in the field and in the workshop
- Ensure all service work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
- Service equipment covered under warranty following manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate service records and complete all relevant documentation
- Adhere to company and industry OH&S; standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A trade‑qualified technician (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or similar)
- Proven experience working with earthmoving or construction equipment
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A commitment to safety and following company procedures
