Kidman Apparel
is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Melbourne-based team and play a pivotal role in supporting the technology function across our diverse group of companies—including our iconic brands Rossi Boots, Driza-bone, and 2GR Australian Prime Beef.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Technology and be responsible for providing level 1 and level 2 IT support, monitoring key systems and infrastructure, and overseeing the onboarding and support of users across our national footprint.
You will be supported to step into a level 3 role, supporting Microsoft Azure subscriptions and systems administration for our Atlassian Jira platform.
You will work collaboratively, embracing a culture of service, agility, and continuous improvement, and working with external vendors to ensure reliable, secure IT service delivery
To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least 2 years' experience in an IT level 2 support role, ideally within agriculture, mining, apparel or similar industries
Strong Windows 11 OS knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office 365 admin skills (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
A solid understanding of networking concepts and Microsoft Office products
Familiarity with ITIL, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange administration
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (such as Microsoft Dynamics or ERP systems), and cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure is an advantage but not required
Experience with Apparel21 ERP
Experience supporting Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail technology solutions
