The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing‐in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our recent and regular guests.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing fresh and delicious food.
* Problem solving and weighing‐in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours.
* Utilising fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Kitchen experience is great but not essential.
* Experience in hospitality venues or fast‐paced environments is great but not essential.
* Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
* 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon to follow through.
