Project Lead Job

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to oversee the construction of residential buildings.

Your primary role will be to ensure timely completion of projects, manage site activities, and maintain high-quality standards.

You will work closely with other teams, including sales, maintenance, and warranty officers.

* Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules effectively.
* Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
* Maintain accurate records of construction progress and timelines.
* Conduct regular quality control inspections to meet project requirements.
* Liaise with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, internal teams, and external partners.

* Proven experience in residential construction or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of building plans, codes, and regulations.
* Excellent communication, scheduling, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
* Relevant certifications, such as a White Card, and a driver's license.
