We believe that advertising has never been harder and the need for great agencies, never higher, but in an AI future “great” requires completely rethinking the traditional agency structure and way of operating. Our founding team brings experience from Google, Uber, media agencies and VC funds across advertising, strategy and technical roles. We’re deeply ambitious, at the start of an amazing journey and seeking like minded, talented people to come and join us. 
About the job: 
You will be a senior member of our Social team, responsible for working with our growing number of exciting clients and helping to build out our internal social capability and systems. 
What you’ll be doing:Lead the strategy and execution of social ad campaigns for a range of exciting brands, helping scale their accounts quickly and sustainably to hit targets.Lead the creative thinking at the agency, ensuring we’re at the forefront of how to best use creative to target and reach new audiences.Designing and implementing best in class incrementality tests and creative experiments to understand channel effectiveness, including updating our experimentation library with results.Performing detailed analysis, cross referencing account data with GA4 and other data sources to keep building to the truth of what really drives resultsEnsuring conversion actions, CAPI and UTM structures are set up properly and maintainedBuild and maintain reporting dashboards to track performanceBuild financial models forecasting performance across different spend thresholdsManage client relationships, running regular WIPs and project managing deliverables through our internal sprint systemMentor and coach a growing team of junior staffUtilise AI tooling and work with our technical team to automate repetitive work, building a durable system that can scale 
Requirements:Experience managing campaigns across all social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit. You have a strong POV on how accounts should be structured and set up to let the creative do its thing.Creative testing and experimentation knowledge: You know what great social creative looks like and how to experiment and iterate against creative to scale accounts.Ability to analyse creative, write briefs and occasionally get your hands dirty making testing ads with AI tooling.Experience using tools like Supermetrics, Funnel and Looker to manipulate and visualise data.POV on how best to measure the incremental effect of social platforms and optimise across channels to achieve the best outcomes.Strong systems mindset and writing capability. We document everything and run meticulous company WIKIs so we can be highly productive.

You’re curious about what the world of creative will look like as image and video generation software increases in sophistication. Are ambitious and hungry. You may feel your career growth is capped at your current role, that your manager doesn’t appreciate your real value, that the pace and quality work isn’t interesting or fulfilling. What the interview process will look like:We will run a fast and disciplined four stage interview process designed to be respectful of your time while also giving both parties the chance to meet each other and learn whether this is going to be a great match. 
Culture Interview: This will be a quick 15-20 minute phone call with one of the Founders to understand your motivations and check for cultural alignment. We will be looking for examples of proactiveness, ownership, work quality and evidence of a growth first mindset.Role Related Knowledge: This will be a 30 minute interview with your direct manager where we will ask specific questions to understand your skill levels against the role requirements.Leadership: This will be a 30 minute call with one of the Founders where we will ask questions about your motivation, teamwork and personal attributes to ensure they closely align with our company values.On Site Work Day: The final stage will be a fully paid on site day where you will get the chance to work with us on tasks that are very similar to what you’d experience in your day to day role. We will pay you $1000 AUD for this time and can be flexible to accommodate your personal situation.
