The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in forecasting, reporting, and business partnering across the organisation. This position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, particularly across IT and Fleet.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver monthly management reporting, including analysis, commentary, and insights
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including consolidation and presentation to leadership
* Partner with IT, sales, and operations teams to provide commercial insights, business cases, and ROI analysis
* Assist with month-end close, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
* Maintain and manage budgets and forecasts in TM1, ensuring strong data integrity
* Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
* Drive continuous improvement across reporting, processes, and systems
About You
* CA/CPA qualified
* 5+ years' experience in financial/commercial analysis or accounting
* Strong experience in management reporting, forecasting, and financial modelling
* Proven business partnering capability with non-finance stakeholders
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and TM1 highly regarded
* Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
