Are you passionate about health, safety, environmental and quality systems? Ampcontrol is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSEQ Coordinator to support the implementation and continual improvement of our WHSE Management Systems across our Division.
About The Role
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will:
Facilitate site-based risk and hazard management activitiesSupport incident investigation and reporting processesSupport implementation and maintenance of certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS/NZS 4801)Maintain safety statistics and identify trendsManage document control and compliance registersAssist with training needs, inductions, and audits (internal/external)Communicate legislative updates and ensure site-level compliancePromote a culture of continuous improvement in WHSE
This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires working closely with operational teams across various manufacturing facilities, with occasional travel to other Ampcontrol locations.
What We’re Looking For
WHS qualifications - Cert IV, Diploma3+ years' hands on experience in HSE roleExperience in HSE systems and legislative complianceStrong communication, training, and auditing skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teams and levelsUnderstanding of ISO standards and safety management systemsA consultative and proactive approach to risk management
